the couple who managed the place were friendly and went out of their way to assist us whenever we found them. Although there were some issues with the lighting and kitchenette, the location was excellent, offering easy access to local attractions and restaurants. it was a pleasant budget option for a convenient place to rest.
The lack of utensils in the kitchenette was disappointing.

Spent Christmas in Milan with family and had a great time staying at a cozy hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, and we got to explore the vibrant nightlife and indulge in delicious Italian food. The room had a beautiful loft that the kids loved and we were pleasantly surprised to find a kitchenette that added to the convenience of our stay. The couple running the hotel was charming and made us feel welcome.
There were a few issues that took away from our experience. The lighting system was complicated and it took us a while to figure out how to maneuver it.
